Ingredients :
- 380 grams chicken breasts
- 1 bunch snow peas
- 1 green bell capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Method :
- Follow ingredients and let"s start.
- Chop chop and chop...your way!
- Put everything together and add all spices/oil/sauce.
- Let it rest for a bit.
- Start frying. Give it some flame ;-) and keep stiring. Add the brown sugar towards the end.
- (Optional, before step 5: add a bit of water to the pan and drain it after +- 60 seconds. Use it as salad dressing.
- Et voilà... I have plain salad hiding under.
- Ohhnomnomnomnom with bbq sauce or some chilli sauce next time.
- A coffee and cigarette...for the perfect finish xD
