
Ingredients :
- 14 kg ground beef
- 2 brown onions diced
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 4 stalk chopped celery
- 1/2 red pepper diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 3 carrots diced
- 1 bunch small bunch of basil leaves cut finely
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 500 grams tomato pasta sauce
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 pepper
- 1/4 dash chilli pepper
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 splashes of beef stock
- 1 kg spaghetti
- 1 tasty cheese or parmasen
- 2 bay leaves
Method :
- Fry and brown ground beef. Add diced onions and garlic.
- Add chopped celery, carrot, mushrooms, red and green peppers and basil .Sautee until soft.
- Add tomato pasta sauce, canned tomatos, tomato paste, salt, pepper, chilli pepper, sugar, ketchup,mixed herbs and splash of beef stock. If liquid starts drying up a little add more beef stock. Add bay leaves
- Get it bubbling and then cook on low for 30-40 mins
- Boil water for spaghetti . Add a pinch of salt and splash of olive oil before place noodles in the water. Once boiling add spaghetti and cook until soft.
- rince spaghetti and give a small coating of olive oil to separate
- Plate up with spaghetti and bolenese sauce and sprinkle with tasty cheese ir parmasen.
