Ingredients :
- 6 Chestnut Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 Potatoes sliced thin
- 2 florets broccoli
- 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
- 3 sliced Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black cracked Pepper
- 100 grams Mozzerella Cheese
Method :
- In a small greased roasting dish break up the broccoli and spread it all in the bottom
- Place the thin sliced potato on top of the broccoli covering it
- Spread the sliced onion on top and covering the potatoes
- Spread the mushrooms accross the top of the onion
- Spread the sliced tomatoes on top of the mushrooms
- Sprinkle all over with the salt and pepper
- And then pour over the layers with the Virgin oil
- Cover in foil and cook on gas 7 or 180ยฐC for 30 mins take out, take off the foil and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the top put back in oven or grill to melt the cheese.
