Recipe Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Resep Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 1 tbsp Flax meal (Ground Flax seeds)
  • 4 almonds
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Mangoes
  • 1 cup Low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method :
  1. Add in your instant oats and almonds to your blender and pulse till it turns into a fine powder.
  2. Add in all the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend till it reaches a smooth consistency. You can adjust the thickness by reducing or increasing the amount of water.
  3. Enjoy!
