Resep Healthy Black Bean And Garlic Dip

Ingredients :

  • for the dip
  • 3 cup black beans, cooked
  • 6 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Method :
  1. In a processor, add beans, salt, cilantro, lime juice and vegetable broth. Blend just until smooth.
  2. In a pan over medium heat add oil and just heat it up. Turn off heat under pan.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Let this "cook" in heated oil for 30 seconds.
  4. Add this to processor and pulse once or twice.
  5. Scoop into serving bowl and enjoy with chips. Baked chips will keep this on the lighter side.
