
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Tabasco chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- pinch salt & pepper to season
- 1 piece chicken breasts
Method :
- Mixed dry and wet ingredients together to form a marinade
- Cut breast of chicken into smaller fillets approx. 6
- Add chicken into Marinade, cover well. (Better left for a few hours) Just as good straight away.
- Heat up Griddle pan til slight smoke appears, add fillets to cook. Turn occasionally cooks within 4-6 mins
- Serving suggestions: pitta bread, hummus, cheese, Sundried Tomatoes, wedges
