
Ingredients :
- 1 kg Mince Chicken meat
- 1 bunch Fresh Corriander
- 2 large Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour or Garbanzo beans powder.
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Red Ground Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Powder or Paste.
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 3 large Onions (Chopped)
- 1 Salt and Red Ground Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder.
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Powder or Paste.
- 1 1/2 cup Water
Method :
- For Meat Balls, Chop Fresh Corriander and green Chillies. Add it with all the other powdered ingredients. Set aside.
- Heat up a Wok. Add oil and Chopped Onions. Stir till pinkish in color.
- Add Ginger Garlic Powder or Paste, Salt, Pepper, Turmeric & Garam Masala Powder. Add Water and leave it on slow flame for 10 minutes.
- Make balls of meat mixture and start adding it in curry.
- Leave it on slow flame for 20 to 30 minutes till they r fully cooked.
- Serve With Chapati or Boiled Rice.
