Ingredients :
- 1 lbs. Crabmeat (Backfin / Lump, picked over for shell
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 small dice Red bell pepper
- 1 small dice Red onion
- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning or Philips Blackened Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup Wondra flour
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients and form into sand dollar sized morsels. Set a nice sized pan with oil on medium high at least 350° degrees. Dust the crab morsels in the Wondra flour shake off excess and fry them until golden brown. Set aside on a blanket of paper towels. Repeat. You can freeze these for three months like I do. I"ll post a recipe of remoulade to compliment this recipe. Good luck!
