Ingredients :
- 200 grams wheat flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Method :
- Add flour, olive oil and salt, mix it very well.
- Next step, add beaten eggs in and mix it well again
- It will become dough like in the photo down here. Flatten dough and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- 3 hour later, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it with rolling pin until become very thin and cut lengthwise.
- Boil water and add homemade tagliatelle in one by one. Cook approximately 5 minutes or until al dente. Remove and drain them.
- E voilà fresh homemade tagliatelle is ready to eat with fresh basil pesto. Bon appetit 😋☺️
