Resep Fresh homemade tagliatelle

Ingredients :

  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Method :
  1. Add flour, olive oil and salt, mix it very well.
  2. Next step, add beaten eggs in and mix it well again
  3. It will become dough like in the photo down here. Flatten dough and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  4. 3 hour later, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it with rolling pin until become very thin and cut lengthwise.
  5. Boil water and add homemade tagliatelle in one by one. Cook approximately 5 minutes or until al dente. Remove and drain them.
  6. E voilà fresh homemade tagliatelle is ready to eat with fresh basil pesto. Bon appetit 😋☺️
