Recipe Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients :

  • 5 grade A large chicken eggs
  • 3 knobs unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon whole milk

Method :
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix for 40-50 seconds.
  2. Put a medium saucepan on the stove and allow it to heat up a little
  3. Pour the mixture into the saucepan and stir. NEVER STOP STIRRING!! You will need to take the saucepan off the fire and put it back on 2-3 times. When the eggs are almost done, take the saucepan off of the fire and still mix until the eggs are completely cooked.
  4. The eggs should have a velvety texture when completed
