
Ingredients :
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2/3 cup onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cup cooked white rice or brown rice
- to taste Garlic salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste McCormick's burger seasoning
- Olive oil to cook burgers
- Wheat buns
- as desired Toppings: Mayo, mustard, lettuce, avocado, cheese etc.
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- to taste Red rooster hot sauce
Method :
- Start by cooking your rice when done set aside let cool slightly
- Rinse and drain can beans well. Chop onion slightly, add beans garlic,onion to cusineart blend well. Add mixture to a large bowl add in the rest of your ingredients, eggs, breadcrumbs, rice, carrots and seasonings combine well. Now you can form your burgers.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat with olive oil now add in burgers cook till golden on each side too with your favorite cheese and toppings enjoy!
