Recipe Cake Salé: Bacon & Spinach

Ingredients :

• 200 g flour
• 3 eggs
• 150 ml milk
• 3 Tbs olive oil
• 70 g grated cheese
• 5 g baking powder
• some slices of  bacon
• 20 g spinach
• 1/2 carrot
• salt and pepper

Method :

1. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Then add the eggs, oil and mix well. Pour the milk and mix together.
2. Cut the bacon, carrot and spinach in small pieces and add in the dough. Add the cheese, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour in a mold.
3. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
