
Ingredients :
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 envelope dry brown gravy mix
- 2 cups water
- 6-8 medium potatoes
Method :
- Put water in a measuring cup that is larger than the amount you are using. Add and mix both dry salad dressing and gravy mix to the water. Mix until completely blended.
- Brown roast, if desired. Place meat in slow cooker.
- Pour water, salad dressing and gravy mixture over roast. Cook in slow cooker on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Cut potatoes into fours and place in slow cook 45 minutes to an hour before dish is done.
