Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb pork roast
- 2 tbsp rosemary; minced
- 1 tbsp dried lemon peel seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried minced onions
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- 1 kosher salt and black pepper; to taste
Method :
- Coat pork loin with enough oil to cover. Season. Roast at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.
