Recipe French Crepes

Ingredients :

  • 350 g Flour
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 350 ml Beer
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method :
  1. Put flour in a large mixing bowl
  2. Pour liquids and eggs in
  3. Mix with an electric mixer for 3 minutes
  4. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes before cooking
