
Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Method :
- Put all ingredients in a medium bowl,mix very well.I like to use a large whisk.should make about a cup and a half.
- Store in a jar or spice shaker.great on all meats even roasted veggies or potatos.
