Ingredients :
- Butter and oil
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lb Ground sausage
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 Jalapeño, diced
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Method :
- Heat oil and butter
- Brown meats
- Add veggies
- Deglaze with vinegar
- Add tomato, paste, sauce and brown sugar
- Simmer 20 mins or until thick
