Ingredients :
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c hot sauce
- 1/4 c water
- 2 T white or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings, 16 pieces
- Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing for dipping, optional
Method :
- In a small bowl, combine butter, hot sauce, vinegar and salt. Reserve 1/4 c.
- Pour remaining marinade in large bowl. Toss in wings to coat and refrigerate 1 hr, stirring occasionally.
- Place oven rack 8" from broiler. Preheat broiler.
- Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Arrange wings in sheet so they are not touching each other.
- Broil 30 min., turn and drain extra juices half way through cooking. Transfer to plate and top with reserved sauce.
- Serve with Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing
