Ingredients :
- 1 sand crab (you can use any kinds of crab)
- 5 pieces large prawn
- 400 grams white mushrooms
- 2 large tomato chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 10 bay leaves
- 8 green chilli
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 6 garlic cloves pressed
- 2 bhut jolokia (ghost chilli) omit if you don't like hot chilli.
- 8 pieces of crushed Chinese pepper
- 1 fresh lemon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- salt
- rosemary seasoning
Method :
- In a large pot add 4 spoons of salt, boil the crab and prawns for about 5mins. Drain the water.
- Heat oil in pan and fry all the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
- Add the crab and prawn in the vegetables, stir, close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes in low flame.
- Serve hot with fresh lemon and rosemary seasoning on top.
