
Ingredients :
- 1 packages 6-inch flour tortillas
- 6 chicken breasts boiled, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup LaLa sour cream; divided
- 1 large can mild red enchilada sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic cloves, diced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded for topping
- 1 Cilantro (if desired)
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with non stick spray.
- In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, salt, half cup sour cream, onion, garlic cloves and powder, red pepper flakes.
- Spoon chicken mixture into each tortilla until pan is filled. Shake enchilada sauce in can before opening. Pour sauce over enchiladas and add cheese to tops of enchiladas.
- Bake for 25-30 mins and serve with your choice of side! Enjoy!
