Ingredients :
- 500 g kafta
- 4 ripe tomatoes, cubed
- 2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- to taste salt & pepper
Method :
- To prepare the meatballs, wet your hands with some water and divide the kafta paste into small balls.
- In a deep saucepan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion slices until tender then the meat balls and the bell pepper.
- Add the tomato pieces and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat.
- When the mixture starts boiling, reduce the heat, cover the saucepan and let it simmer for 15 min. Add salt and pepper and serve with rice.
