Ingredients :
- 2 medium size eggplant cut in thin round shape
- salt
- 1 tbsp or to taste red chilli powder
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch or rice flour
- 1 oil for frying
Method :
- Sprinkle all spices on eggplant and mix well stay for 5 to 10 minutes. Then fry on pan at low heat flip sides and fry till it get crispy golden.
