
Ingredients :
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- Pinch salt
- Sunflower oil
- 4 tbs Drinking Chocolate Powder (Cadburys)
Method :
- Seive the flour into a mixing bowl.
- Break 2 eggs and mix into the flour.
- Pour milk into the mixture slowly, stirring constantly to keep the mixture runny with no lumps.
- Mash 1 ripe banana into the mixture and blend well.
- Add in the maple syrup, drinking chocolate powder, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well.
- Heat up a frying pan and pour in 1 tsb of oil.
- Pour in part of the mixture and fry until the colour changes all round. Flip and fry on the other side.
- Optional: serve with chocolate and toffee sauce and ice cream.
