Ingredients :
- 1 Filet of Salmon
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 Chopped Shallot
- 2 Chopped Cloves of Garlic
- 2 1/2 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- to Taste Salt
- to Taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Prep Salmon and place on a greased half sheet pan
- In a pot, over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add flour and whisk vigorously to break down lumps and create a blonde roux.
- Once the roux is ready, add the heavy cream and milk and stir until the roux is fully Incorporated.
- Add the broccoli florets, dill, shallot, and garlic and stir until heated through.
- Once heated through, add salt and pepper to taste and stir until incorporated.
- Once the sauce is complete, pour it over the salmon and place the sheet pan in the oven until the salmon is moist and flaky.
