Recipe 7up Pound Cake

Ingredients :

• 3 cup Plain flour
• 3 cup Sugar
• 5 each Eggs
• 7 oz 7up or sprite
• 2 stick Butter
• 1/2 cup Crisco shorting
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Method :

1. Cream butter, crisco & sugar.
2. Add eggs, one at a time.
3. Alternate 7up and flour ending with flour.
4. Grease and flour pan.
5. Bake 45 min at 350°F, then up to 35 min at 325°F.
