Ingredients :
- 1 cup butter
- 4 cubes unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1-1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups chopped walnuts - 1 1/2 cups in battery, 1/2 cup for topping
- 6 ounces chocolate chips.
- 9 x 13 inch greased pan
Method :
- Mix 1 cup butter with 4 cubes of unsweetened chocolate in large pot. Place over very low heat on stove and stir until melted. Remove from burner.
- Stir in vanilla, eggs, one at a time, sugar, and then flour. 1 cup flour will yield very fudge brownies. 1 1/2 cups flower will yield more cake like brownies that are easier to it. I use the large amount of flour.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts. Top with reserved 1/2 cup nuts and 6 oz of chocolate chips. Pat down.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy
