
Ingredients :
- 450 g (1 lb) ground pork (use one with higher percentage of fat)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry sage (or 2 tsp fresh)
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2-3 pinches cayenne pepper
- 2-3 pinches ground nutmeg
Method :
- Put ground pork in a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
- Mix well with a fork or your hands so everything is evenly distributed, but be careful not to over do it.
