Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 1 piece chicken stock cubes (bouillon cubes)
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
Method :
- Add salt and pepper to your chicken breasts and let it marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat then add the chicken and cook until it"s done. Stab a fork in a piece of chicken to check if it is well done.
- Now add the cooking cream and the stock cubes and stir for about 15 minutes. The cream should thicken and darken in color.
- Served with white rice, green salad, and fries.
