Resep My Garlic Chicken, Chorizo and Mushroom in a Brandy Cream Sauce 😙😘

Ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 shallots chopped small
  • 4 cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 400 grams Button Mushrooms cut in half
  • 150 grams Chorizo
  • 500 grams Chicken pieces or leftover cooked Chicken cooked
  • 3 tbsp Brandy
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock made with cube/bouillon in water
  • 4 tbsp Double cream

Method :
  1. Ingredients
  2. Heatup the oil in a large frying pan.
  3. Add the shallots and fry for 1 minute then add the crushed garlic for another minute.
  4. Add the mushrooms and mix well cook for 2 minutes. You may need to add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Add the chorizo to the pan and mix cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the chicken pieces and mix well and cook for two minutes. If using uncooked chicken fry for about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Make a well in the middle, turn the heat full for a few seconds and pour the brandy in the middle. Let it boil fast for 2 mins then mix it all together.
  8. Then add the stock and stir and simmer for 5 mins.
  9. It should thicken, add the cream and stir in well. Add the salt & pepper until its hot again. Add to a serving dish and serve immediately.
