Ingredients :
- 2 chicken breasts; bone-in
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- 1 kosher salt and black pepper; as needed
Method :
- Toss chicken with enough oil to coat. Season with dried spices except salt.
- Marinate, covered, for 4-48 hours.
- Pat a dab of EVOO on each breast, but be careful not to rub the spices off.
- Roast at 350° for approximately 40 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°
