
Ingredients :
- 2 c Brussels sprouts, quartered
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Method :
- In skillet, heat oil. Add sprouts and saute until starts to brown and soften.
- Add onion, garlic and bacon. Continue sautéing until onion softens. Salt and pepper to taste.
