Recipe B'stella with lobster, shrimp and scallops

Ingredients :

  • 6-8 oz lobster
  • 12 shrimp
  • 12 scallops
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 4 stems of parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 6-8 sheets filo dough
  • 4 olives flattened

Method :
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add onion and garlic and saute til golden brown.
  2. Add shrimp and scallops and the lobster. Cook briefly then remove just the seafood leaving the sauce
  3. Add in bell pepper, tomato, parsley and spices. Cook briefly then add seafood back in.
  4. Pour mixture into a colander to drain all the liquid.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the top
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F
  7. Take a sheet of filo dough butter one half and fold it over. Place in a greased skillet so that the edges hang over
  8. Add another sheet two sheets of folded buttered filo dough.
  9. Spoon half the seafood and vegetables into middle
  10. Add another filo dough sheet buttered folded in half
  11. Add the rest of the seafood, and fold filo dough over the top
  12. Brush with butter and bake for 20-25 min until golden brown
