
Ingredients :
- 1 lb. organic ground turkey breast
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 handfuls baby spinach, washed and chopped
- 1/2 tsp herbamare seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 TBSP ghee or butter for cooking
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Method :
- In a large bowl, combine all burger ingredients and mix well.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Melt ghee or butter in a skillet on medium heat
- Cook patties until nice and brown, flipping a couple of times. Usually takes about 15 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns topped with your favorite burger toppings.
