Ingredients :
- 1 lb Sliced Beef
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
Method :
- Using a baggie place sliced Beef in plastic bag with Cornstarch and shake well until beef is evenly coated with cornstarch. Put aside.
- In your slow cooker add water, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and olive oil. Mix well.
- Next add the slice beef to slow cooker and make sure all beef is covered by liquid. Cover and let cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or until beef is tender.
- Serve on top of white rice and top with sliced carrots, scallions or sesame seeds.
