Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup sweet red pepper jelly
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 tsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
Method :
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
- *You can use this as a condiment with grilled meats, or I use it as a dip with tortilla chips.*
- **This recipe makes about 2 cups.**
