Ingredients :
- 250 ml flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspon baking powder
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method :
- Fry banana in butter, when golden brown on both sides add honey and cameralize further
- Mix flour, egg, half the milk, baking powder, sugar, salt
- Once smooth add other half of milk and mix
- Pour roughly 1/2 off batter into pan with cameralized bananas and cook on medium until you can flip it
- Pour the other 1/2 of batter on top and spread it evenly once, firm flip and cook that side to.
- This pancake is bigger than what is served there, use a big frying pan (30cm) or make 2 so it does not end up to thick.
