Ingredients :
- 1 lb penne or other pasta
- 1 lb chicken sausage or ground meat
- 13 oz fat free ricotta
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
Method :
- Cook pasta al dente
- Cook meat
- Mix sauce into pasta in the pot.
- Add ricotta to pot with pasta and sauce and mix together.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray baking dish and add half of pasta mixture. Sprinkle with half the cheese and add meat. Cover with the rest of the pasta mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 15min. Remove from oven and add remaining cheese. Add red pepper and additional sauce to taste.
