Ingredients :
- 2 can Crushed Pineapple- 20 Oz cans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 4 slice bread
Method :
- Mix pineapple (juice and all) with sugar, flour and eggs. Mix well.
- Butter bread and cut into cubes. You can remove the crust but I dont. Any bread you prefer will work.
- Pour pineapple mix into 2 quart baking dish.
- Top mixture with the bread cubes. Press bread down slightly into the mixture.
- Bake at 350°F uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and browned.
