Ingredients :
- 200 g unsweetened khova
- 100 g dessicated coconut
- 5 tbsp coconut milk powder
- butter/ghee
Method :
- Fry the khova in ghee to moisten. Add 2/3 rd of the dessicated coconut and all of the coconut powder. Mix well.
- Take off heat, and roll the batter into balls. Coat the ball with coconut by rolling into the remaining dessicated coconut.
- Leave in the fridge to chill and set. Serve at room temperature.
