Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup mango
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup liquid (milk/water etc)
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
Method :
- Cut up veggies and fruit.
- Put all ingredients in a smoothie blender.
- Blend until smooth.
