Resep High protein ginger carrot mango smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup liquid (milk/water etc)
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Method :
  1. Cut up veggies and fruit.
  2. Put all ingredients in a smoothie blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
