Ingredients :
- 100 sesame paste (neri goma)
- 50 gr kudzu powder (arrowroot)
- 400 cc dashi konbu
- 2 1/2 tbsp beet sugar
- a little salt
- serve with soya and wasabi
Method :
- Mix all ingredients and cook with low fire, stir always 5 to10 minute depending on temperature. Mix until it becomes sticky, and in the last minute put some koikuchi soy sauce for flavor.
- After that leave in a case/tupperware and keep in the chiller for half day or over. Cut into square pieces (any size you like), serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
