Ingredients :
- 150 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg (only yolk)
- 250 g flour
Method :
- Put butter out of fridge. Preheat oven in 180℃.
- Stir softened butter. Add sugar and stir, stir, stir....till it becomes white, fluffy cream. Add an egg yolk and stir some more.
- Add flour and mix softly, cutting butter cream into flour.
- When it is getting together, put it into a plastic bag and keep it in the fridge at least 30 minutes.
- Put the dough out of the fridge and develop with a rolling pin. Cut out anything interesting.
- Place a baking sheet on a baking tray, then put cookies on the tray. Bake them for about 20 minutes at 180℃
- Cool them on a sheet and enjoy!
