Ingredients :
- 4 Turkey cutlets
- 2 egg whites beaten
- 1/3 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method :
- Season cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together.
- Beat egg whites.
- Dip turkey cutlets into egg whites then bread crumb mixture.
- Heat frying pan and add butter and oil.
- Add cutlets and cook 6 minutes on each side.
