Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 Instant Potatoe flakes
- cup original pancake and waffle mix
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cupwhole kernel corn
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Method :
- Whisk until just combined; stir in cheese, corn, onion powder and garlic powder. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Add about 2/4 cup batter onto skillet, repeat to fill skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
