Ingredients :
- 1 medium size jalapeno or 2 Tbsp canned green chilies
- 1 Can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method :
- Remove seeds from jalapeno and place into a food processor. Pulse untill jalapeno is finely diced.
- Combined all other ingredients to food processor and pulse untill mixed, yet remains chunky. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
