Ingredients :
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 5 large Spicy peppers
- 1/2 cup Parm cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 Onion
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 2 Jalapeños
Method :
- Brown the beef and set aside
- Slice large peppers in half and remove seeds
- Slice onions and jalapeños into thin strips and mix with olive oil. Dash of salt and pepper to taste. Put these on the bottom of your baking. Pan
- Mix 1/4 cup of Parma cheese with beef and stuff the peppers. Line these in the pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
- While this is baking make your sauce: melt the butter and add in the sour cream. Add garlic to taste. Slowing add the remaining cheese. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let sit for another 5 minutes.
- When peppers are done, place them on a plate and drizzle sauce over the top.
