Recipe Moroccan Parmesan Garlic Knots

Ingredients :

  • Dough
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 cup Bread Flour
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • sauce
  • 100 grams Parmesan
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 6 clove Of garlic
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt

Method :
  1. Make the pizza dough first. In a bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoon of yeast and add water. Mix it well. If the dough is too sticky add more flour, if the dough is too dry add more water until you get a solid dough. Do not let the dough rest.
  2. Flour your work station and form a smooth ball of dough. Flatten the dough with your hand or a Rolling pin
  3. Cut the dough into stripes.
  4. Roll the dough around your fingers twice to form a knot and place the knots on a cooking tray along with a parchment paper. Put the tray on the oven at 400°F for about 10 -15 minutes and let the top golden lightly
  5. Chop the garlic and the parsley together in a blender. Add the olive oil, the black pepper, the salt and mix everything well
  6. Remove the knots from the oven after 10 minutes and put them in a bowl. Add the sauce as much or as little as you want and add the Parmesan.
  7. You don"t have to do this step. You can stop at step 6, but I like to do it this way. Put back the knots in the oven for 3-5 minutes and it"s ready. Bon appetit!
