Ingredients :
- Dough
- 4 tsp Olive oil
- 2 cup Bread Flour
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- sauce
- 100 grams Parmesan
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 6 clove Of garlic
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
Method :
- Make the pizza dough first. In a bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoon of yeast and add water. Mix it well. If the dough is too sticky add more flour, if the dough is too dry add more water until you get a solid dough. Do not let the dough rest.
- Flour your work station and form a smooth ball of dough. Flatten the dough with your hand or a Rolling pin
- Cut the dough into stripes.
- Roll the dough around your fingers twice to form a knot and place the knots on a cooking tray along with a parchment paper. Put the tray on the oven at 400°F for about 10 -15 minutes and let the top golden lightly
- Chop the garlic and the parsley together in a blender. Add the olive oil, the black pepper, the salt and mix everything well
- Remove the knots from the oven after 10 minutes and put them in a bowl. Add the sauce as much or as little as you want and add the Parmesan.
- You don"t have to do this step. You can stop at step 6, but I like to do it this way. Put back the knots in the oven for 3-5 minutes and it"s ready. Bon appetit!
