Ingredients :
- For the Meatball:
- 300 gr beef minced meat
- 150 gr tapioca starch or potato starch
- 1 egg white
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ice water
- to taste Salt and ground pepper
- For the Soup:
- 7-8 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- To serve with:
- 150 gr rice vermicelli / egg noodles
- 3-4 bunches Bokchoy, washed and parboiled
- 4 fried tofu cut into half
- Thinly slices of celery
- Fried shallot
- Chili sauce or sambal
