Ingredients :
- 5 boneless country pork ribs
- 3/4 cup mojo crillo marinade
- 1/2 cup recaita cooking paste
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried minced onions
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt and white pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
Method :
- Marinate pork ribs in mojo crillo for 4-48 hours
- Pat dry. Cover pork ribs with enough oil to coat. Season.
- Bake at 300° for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Do not overcook.
