
Ingredients :
- 3 thick pork chops
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried minced onions
- 1 tsp ground celery seed
- 1 tsp dried lemon peel
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 large pinch sugar
- 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 EVOO, as needed
Method :
- Combine vinegar and sugar in a small sauce pan. Reduce by 3/4
- Coat chops with enough oil to cover. Season. Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Pour vinegar reduction over chops during last 5 minutes of cooking.
